Conference app questions

Do attendees need an account to use Venvi?

No attendee account is required. Guests can open an event, view conference information, build personal schedules, and receive relevant updates.

What is the difference between starter and premium tiers?

Starter gives organizers a free baseline event app experience. Premium adds the full feature set. After your first Premium event at the $250 promotion price, standard Premium is $300 for the first 1,000 projected downloads per event, then 10¢ per download after that.

How does Venvi pricing work?

The Starter Tier is free. Your first Premium event is $250 as a first-event promotion, regardless of event size. Every Premium event after that is $300 for the first 1,000 projected downloads, then 10¢ per additional download. Each API call counts as one download.

How many downloads should organizers expect?

Most events see roughly 1.2 to 1.5 app downloads per attendee, depending on audience behavior and device preferences.

Can I import data from another event platform?

Yes. Venvi supports CSV import and provides a template to map your conference agenda and event data into the platform quickly.

What is the difference between mobile apps and the web app?

Core event information is available across platforms. iOS and Android apps additionally support mobile push notifications.

What kinds of events are a good fit for Venvi?

Venvi is a strong fit for conferences, multi-session events, corporate summits, association meetings, and specialized events where attendees need schedules, maps, speakers, and event links.
