Do guests need an account?

No account is required for guests to build personal schedules and receive notifications.

What's the difference between starter and premium tiers?

To the attendee, almost no difference. The premium tier gives more tools to the organizer.

How much does pricing work?

Your first event is $250. If you want to use Venvi again for your next event, the price is based off the previous event's downloads. The only time you pay is when you're ready to publish to the public.

How many downloads can I expect?

We've seen on average 1.2 - 1.5 downloads per attendee.

Can I import from another event management platform?

Yes, you can import using a CSV file. We provide a template for you to download and use.

What is the difference between the app and the web app?

It's largely the same. The main difference is the iOS and Android apps allow attendees to receive push notifications.
