Why we built Venvi

We built Venvi to make event scheduling clearer, easier, and more affordable for organizers.

Our goal is to create a clean attendee experience while giving organizers the tools they need to manage schedules, updates, speakers, maps, and event details without unnecessary complexity. Venvi helps reduce confusion, improve communication, and support a smoother event experience from planning through event day.

Who we are

Adam King

Entrepreneur and former Convention chairman and founder of a charitable foundation in San Antonio Texas. Started a convention from scratch that is 7 years and running and has raised over $100,000 for non-profit organizations.
